Shipping policy
Orders and Shipping.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to process unless you have purchased expedited shipping services.
Shipping Time
Shipping times will vary according to location however, waiting times are between 9 - 18 days. These are our estimates, which may have a longer or shorter time periods. Max delivery time - 30 business days, excluding holidays This does not include our 2 - 5 day processing time, clearance/ customs delays.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes due to vendor issues, order tracking will not be available for your order. For some shipping companies, it takes 2 - 5 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Package of items
For reasons beyond our control your items may arrive in multiple packages, even though you specified combined shipping. This is a shipper issue. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Refusal of delivery
Refused deliveries will be returned to the warehouse and the customer will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Any shipping charges are non- refundable.
Changed or cancelled orders
We will do our best to accommodate an order cancelation. An order can not be canceled once it is processed and ready for shipment. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been submitted.
Shipping destinations
While we do offer international shipping, there are however some locations we are simply unable to ship to. Please be sure to check your country for delivery allowance. We are working on being able to ship to all allowable destinations. We ship to the following countries; United States; United Kingdom, Canada, France, Israel, Seychelles Islands, more will be added soon. International orders can take up to 3 weeks to receive. Taxes and duties are typically collected at checkout, but they may be collected upon delivery. Please note that any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country/ location are beyond our control, should you decide not to prepay your taxes during checkout.
We can not mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this
Lost or misplaced packages
Old Wells Trading Post is NOT liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please be sure to have the correct billing and address before processing your order. If we have made an error on our end, we will take full responsibility that was made for you, at no charge. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for unanticipated freight carrier delays. Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities. Only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with the local customs authorities, for any details regarding the process and its due date. We kindly ask you to contact them directly using the tracking reference number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Authority to leave?
All orders are shipped as ATL {Authority to leave}. This means that if the driver deems a delivery safe to do so, without someone to sign for the package, that this will be done. If you wish to avoid this issue, you are encouraged to ship your package to a location that you will be present at during the day, or to a business address.
